Return Policy
Return Conditions
- Returns can only be requested after the item has been delivered.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping or customs fees.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Trying on items is permitted; worn items cannot be returned.
- Orders placed with the intention of returning multiple sizes or products are not permitted.
Return Process
- Request your return within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at:
info@avaashleynaples.com - Once your request is approved, you will receive the return address for our supplier’s warehouse.
- Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable customs or import charges.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
Liability
- Ava&Ashley Naples is not responsible for lost packages when tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
- Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
